I am a qualified and experienced counsellor, psychotherapist and supervisor offering

counselling and psychotherapy in both Central London and Langdon Hills, Essex. 

I work with both individuals on a one-to-one basis, and with couples experiencing relationship issues.

I work both long term, medium term and short term using a range of psychological models and theories

including TA and CBT.

I also offer clinical supervision, both individually and in groups, to other counsellors,

psychotherapists, trainees and those in related professions.
